Web 3.0 is still establishing itself, but Web 2.0 has reached maturity. With two decades of experience building websites for the Web 2.0 era of the Internet, I can summarize with authority.

I will do so, for you, now:

Web 2.0 is having three bubbles with catchphrases on your website.
